The Baker’s Tale makes everything in small batches from our tiny bakery in the Hudson Valley of New York. To achieve optimal flavor, our products are made with only the best butter, flours and fruits.

The Baker’s Tale produces fresh, specialty cakes and pastries produced by hand in New York. Even our fillings and buttercreams are made in house. Each cake is created with a hands on approach. Creative detail work makes every cake different, bursting with robust personality.
We want to give our customers fluffy, tender and delicious cakes and pastries. Most of all, we want to expand people’s palates and prove that not all cakes are created equal.
